End of Tenancy Carpet Cleaning in Sunderland & Washington

Empty properties are the easiest job there is. No furniture to move, so the whole house can be done in one go, including stairs, landings and any sofas or mattresses that are staying. Ovens can be added to the same visit.

How much is an end of tenancy carpet clean?
From £30 per room with a £50 minimum, and a whole flat or house is priced as a fixed job once we know the rooms. Tell us the address and room count for a firm quote.
Will I get a receipt for the letting agent?
Yes. You get an invoice or receipt showing the property address and what was cleaned, which is what agents and deposit schemes ask for.
Can you do it when the property is empty and I’m not there?
Yes. Key collection from you or the agent is fine, and we'll lock up and let you know when it's done.
How much notice do you need?
As much as you can give, but move-out dates are usually fixed, so tell us the deadline and we'll do our best to fit it in. Bookings are taken 7 days a week.
