Mopping moves dirt into the grout and leaves a film on the tile. A proper hard floor clean uses a rotary machine and extraction to pull the grime out of the grout and off the surface, then seals it so it stays cleaner for longer.
Kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and conservatories are the usual jobs. Natural stone (slate, limestone, travertine) can be cleaned, honed and re-sealed.

Can you get grout clean again?
Yes. Machine cleaning gets grout back to its original colour in most cases, and where it's stained beyond that it can be re-coloured and sealed.
How much does hard floor cleaning cost?

Do you seal the floor afterwards?
Where it needs it, yes. Stone and grout in particular. Sealing is what keeps it looking clean for years rather than weeks.
