Fabric sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, cushions and mattresses, cleaned properly with the right method for the fabric. We’re trained in fine-fabric identification, so velvet, linen and viscose get treated as carefully as a hard-wearing weave.
A sofa takes more punishment than any carpet: food, pets, kids, remote controls down the side and the grey shine that builds up on the arms and headrests. Upholstery cleaning lifts all of that out of the fabric and brings the colour back, without over-wetting the foam underneath.
Every fabric is tested first. Some suites need low-moisture cleaning, some can take full extraction, and a few (silk, some viscose blends) need dry solvent methods. Getting this wrong is how sofas end up with watermarks and shrunk covers, which is exactly why we trained specifically in it.

How much does sofa cleaning cost?
Upholstery starts from £30 per seating area, so a three-seater is priced on three seats and an armchair on one, with a £50 minimum per visit. Send a photo of the suite on WhatsApp and we'll give you a firm price.
Will cleaning damage or shrink my sofa?
Not when the fabric is identified and tested first, which we do on every job. That's the whole point of the fine-fabric training: the method is matched to the material.
Can you clean mattresses too?
Yes. Mattresses get a dust-mite treatment and stain removal, and are usually done alongside a bedroom carpet. They're dry by bedtime.
How long until I can sit on it?
Most suites are dry in two to four hours. Low-moisture cleans are faster still. We'll tell you on the day.
Do you cover Sunderland and Gateshead for upholstery?
Yes, regularly. Houghton-le-Spring and Washington are closest, but Sunderland, Chester-le-Street, Gateshead and Birtley are all covered. Call 07380 979570 to check a date.
